My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, though it wasn't ready when we checked in. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, equipped with a microwave and fridge, and featured two cozy queen beds. The service was exceptional - the staff was friendly, accommodating, and even apologetic for a small mistake they made, which really impressed me. The location was great, particularly for those attending events at the McCormick conference center. However, the hotel is a bit away from the main city attractions. The dining experience offered local Nagasaki rice at a reasonable price. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room with two queen beds was spacious and had big windows, which I loved. The fact that they comped our stay was a fantastic bonus. However, the price was a little on the higher side.
